Life skills are something we all need, and Martial Arts is a great way to allow instructors to team up with parents and teach kids these very skills. I highly recommend Forge Martial Arts. Mr. Matt Christenot commands respect and is dedicated to building the self-esteem of everyone who steps onto the floor. I don't know anything about Martial Arts but I have seen my children growing in their confidence every time they come to class. I hope they can continue going for years to come.
